Arrival in Rotterdam
The six main conference speakers are staying five minutes’ walk from the venue.

Speakers’ dinner
The six main conference speakers can meet each other and the organisers before the pre-party for dinner at a Thai restaurant, 17:30-19:00. We’ll arrange taxis from the hotel.
Address: De Kleine Ondeugd, Oostzeedijk 348, Rotterdam, next door to the pre-party venue.
Presentations
Each conference session is 40 minutes long.
The screen format is 16:9 (752 × 431 cm). The projector has an HDMI connector; let us know if you need an adaptor.
Filming
InfoQ will be filming the presentations to put online. Please sign the video release form at the registration desk, when you collect your name badge.

The emergency number in the Netherlands is 112. In case of minor emergencies, contact the organisers: Martin, Cies or Felienne.
Lightning talks
Send us your slides in PDF format in advance. We’ll combine these into a single presentation, which we’ll display on our laptop.
Lightning talks will be strictly limited to five minutes, with a visible timer.
Lightning talk speakers will have a handheld microphone and a clicker.
